Tu remplaces votre animation.swf par le son en flash que tu veux mettre (par exemple http://www.nicolasvanier.com/petit_aventurier/images/grand_nord_petits/sons_grand_nord/grands_corbeaux.swf pour les corbeaux), tu mets la bonne taille (moi j'ai indiqué 20 et 20) et tu peux aussi choisir la qualité (low, medium ou high).

Pour ton tableau, en cliquant dans la case sous NVU il faut faire insertion -> code html et tu colles le code du son ou de l'image...

Ce qui est pénible en effet, c'est que tu ne vois le résultat que via un navigateur internet.
